SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

• We understand that Wedding Planning can be stressful and that is why we offer a 3 day satisfaction guarantee on all items (counting the day received  - weekends, special deliveries or quick weddings are subject to same day return only)  
  * Please see return procedure below.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply ($59 minimum fee per item). You are risking very little to save a lot. ** Any item priced under $59 is non-refundable.**

• We encourage you to not to wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the transaction. No refund will be issued for altered, modified or used items.

• All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.

• No refund will be issued for special order items that are irregular size or not part of our standard line.

 

PAYMENT

• We accept credit cards through PayPal (PayPal account not required), Checks, Money Gram, and Money Orders.

• You must use either Postal Money Order or PayPal in order to receive items within 20-24 days for stocked items. Some special orders and non-stock items can take up to 8-12 weeks delivery.  Please contact us for estimated delivery times.

• Bank checks & drafts, cashiers checks, personal checks & ns to process rush processing is not available on these payments.

• We will inform you when we receive your payment.

• Ohio residents are subject to sales tax.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Returns are only accepted with a shipment tracking number provided to us via email or phone within the time mentioned above. Our 3 CALENDAR DAYS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED ON REFUNDS.

• A Return Authorization Code must be obtained from us and it must be visible on the outside of the returned box.

• Returned items must be addressed to the associated address of the Return Authorization Code.

• A letter stating the CUSTOMER name, address, phone NUMBER, wedding date, name on the credit card and THE reason FOR return must be included in the box along with an e-mail to jordan@dinehscollection.com. Any Return or Exchange without a letter in the box will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Cancelled orders will be charged 20% of original order price ($59 minimum fee per gown).

We carries over 3000 Items in stock. All stock items will be shipped UPS Ground within five working days. Non-stock items only are subject to a possible 8-12 weeks delivery.  Faster delivery is available for special order Bridal Gowns (Wedding Dresses) with US $100 expediting fees.  Remember we stock the most common styles, sizes and colors.

Please dont hesitate to contact us for any questions regarding exchanges, refunds or new orders. The construction of all our gowns is easy for alterations; there is a minimum 4 seam allowance in all of our gowns.
